Special Needs Education Education For all

A country of young and growing population, Ethiopia strides to become a middle-income country.  In order to achieve this goal Ethiopia has been building several public and private universities.  The number of Ethiopian students attending schools grow by 300% since 1994.  Recently the government instituted education for all, with specific attention to special needs learners. In this documentation we will explore the status of special needs education in Ethiopia. This includes policy documents, research papers, demographics data, special needs teacher/professional education programs etc.
