The purpose of ESAN Youth Forum is to serve as a hub for the youth to share /discuss and execute ideas, actively engage with the community on current and future issues, and connect with other like-minded fellows to solve fundamental problems of our country. The youth constitutes about 1/3rd of the Ethiopian population signifying the need to empower the youth to build a better Ethiopia that serves all of us. We aim to create an ecosystem where we can all come together to unfold our magnificent potentials to be problem solvers, instead of pointing fingers at our endless problems. In this forum, we honor, feature and promote high achieving individuals, volunteers, innovators, and youth empowering ideas to inspire and educate the Ethiopian youth. Panel discussions, seminars, workshops, conferences, and direct conversations with the youth will be held to address the objectives of the youth forum. As we grow stronger, we hope to have influence on policy making processes that directly/indirectly affect the socio-economic and political well-being of the youth. 

The forum is run by young individuals voluntarily, and anyone who would like to be involved in any way would be greatly welcomed and appreciated.
