The first lecture will be delivered by Prof. Mammo Muchie who started celebrating  the Adwa Great African Victory on March 2 ,1969 at Columbia University In New York  City.  The Adwa Victory has a significance as the  maker of all the colonized world to resist  colonialism globally. We need to use the next 125 Adwa Great African Victory celebration to become a historic milestone to make all Africans to become change-makers and game changers. The Adwa Great African Victory will be 125 years on March 2, 2021.  We need  the great Adwa African Victory to continue., as now more than ever, Africans need to look back and appreciate what brought them victory in order to go forward to achieve unity to end finally all the divisive colonial relics. We have founded the Adwa Great African Victory Association(AGAVA) to celebrate the coming 125 Adwa Vctory Anniversary with squares,museum ,parks, heritage sites, libraries, schools, scholarships, universities and statues. Aste Menelik  and Itegye Taitu deserve a number of statues in the world for the brilliant leadership they provided together with their team for resonating the victory during the particular  time of  the scramble for Africa. ” In the history of mankind, there has never been another black man like Menelik, who had triggered a lasting fear and doubt in the mind of Europeans.”(Augustus Wylde), Aste Menelik said: “I do not propose to be an indifferent spectator while foreign powers are dividing Africa among themselves.”

”We can establish AGAVA branches in different countries and regions in Africa and across the world and  make the celebration globally inclusive radiating  from Ethiopia to the rest of the world..
