Ethiopia is Where Ethiopians Are

What are the most difficult problems ?  They appear to be many. Actually there is only one. It is called organization. Organization allow people to meet, to discuss, to understand, to plan and to act.   Ethiopia lacks organization, it does not manage its human resources well.  Its precious assets, its educated people (sometimes called diaspora), are all over the world. Then how can one get these assets to act in unison.  The solution is simple.  1) you must commit to the belief that  Ethiopia is where Ethiopians are  2) Organize these Ethiopians using simple social media networks 4) make sure not to leave any one out,  you can do this because you own their names as they own yours. 5) Using this simple social networks  disseminate informal and useful information.  Teach your audience how to be one and how to support and to help the young Ethiopians wherever they may be.  In this picture there will not be such thing as Ethiopian diaspora.
